EPS Ventures isn't a consulting firm that studies your business from the outside. It's the operating vehicle of Eddie Steffan — a supply chain strategist, sales leader, and owner-operator who has worked inside manufacturing companies, built procurement systems from scratch, trained sales teams, and closed the deals himself.

Eddie has spent years at the execution layer of manufacturing and distribution businesses — not at the strategy layer. He's built supply chains for production-focused companies, led sales teams to consistent revenue growth, and closed six-figure procurement contracts in highly regulated categories.

Philosophy
Most consulting engagements end with a report. Ours end with a system.
You pay for analysis, get a document, and then figure out implementation on your own. We've never found that useful. Our engagements end with a trained team, a documented playbook, and a repeatable process that doesn't require us to keep showing up.
The goal isn't a long retainer. The goal is that you don't need one. That approach is why most of our clients come from referrals — and why we're selective about who we work with.
